Are there any other nude clubs in southern ohio besides deja vu and diamonds? Diamonds used to be a classy joint for grown men & hot young women, but the clientele has become too young & there is less money to be made, so the better girls split.

I used to live in LA and there was a strip club called Jet Strip that had a twitter page that gave live updates of what girls were working that day and shift. When there is controversy in clubs, they get busier. I remember when they were picketed & you can't buy that kind of advertising. All of this crying & pity party is soft & weak.

That court is bought and paid for. The other problem is the cowardly Gov. Strickalnd. He had issues with the law and doubted its constitutionality. We were told he would veto it. He didnt. Someone in his inner circle convinced him to neither sign nor veto it, and by letting it sit on his desk for 30 days it became law on its own. It was a purely political decision. He was elected to lead for the people of Ohio, not to do whats best for his political career. As much as I dislike conservatives for legislating from the pulpit, at least they stick to their convictions.
The problem isnt us, its the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Im going to give you a time line. CCV gets enough signatures to create an Ohio Constitutional Amendment recgonizing marriage, as ONLY between a man and a woman, on the ballot in 04'. This brings out a very strong Conservaitive turnout, Ohio is the state the elected Bush in 04'. To thank the CCV, and its VERY CONSERVATIVE financial backers, the first court Bush turns over is the 6th Circuit. We loose every decision right down party lines.
I agree with the previous comment. if the club doesn't do something to fight back this club will go out of business real fast! start a damn petition to get the law reversed! cause most men come there to see nude girls before and after midnight. remember what eric clapton said after midnight were gonna let it all hang out! c'mon man stand up and fight back! this is america land of the free! don't let ccv or anyone take away our freedoms!!!!!!!!!!!! to many people have fought and died so we could be free! don't be wimps and pussies! i have to believe dejavu appreciates its entertainers and customers so prove it damn it!
The mgmt here should watch the documentary "Joe Redner Strip club king" It is about how Joe Redner stood up and fought against the Tampa city in court and won many lawsuits. Tampa would not be what it is today if it was not for Joe taking the city to court. I think Deja Vu Cincy is going to continue to decline if they let the state tell them how to do things.
I stopped in Friday night this past week (after midnight). I was shocked that a Deja Vu had all sort of rules and regulations like this. For example no alcohol! Wow completely blown away. Then to see pasties the size of bikini tops, another wow. One person mentioned talking to the girls. There were some that were cool but just as many that looked bored to be there. I am just completely blown away by the epic fail that I consider this club to be. Come on Deja Vu fight the powers that be and the man!
Visited this club for the second time this past week....was not impressed. No alcohol, no nudity after midnight, and worst of all no variety!!!!Do you guys just not believe in variety or do only white girls (blondes) apply...dont get me wrong nothing wrong with the ladies that work here, but the russian girls are not what I would consider VARIETY. I will not be back...and the V.I.P room is not gonna sell to guys who actually care how they spend their money. One of my friends told me there was a black girl that worked here....I seen no evidence of that.

Deja Vu has clubs all over the world. It is the largest strip club chain in the world. I don't understand why they are so weak with fighting against the ccv? Also I was wondering if you think we'll ever see Deja Vu available on the stock market? I know Rick's Cabaret, VCGH, and Playboy are available.
Phil Burress of CCV is in his third marriage. By his own admission, he didn't want to spend time with his own children because all he ever wanted to do was jack off to porn 24/7. Now this "pillar of society" wants to blame others for his own degrading behavior and tell other adult citizens how to live.
Sadly, it seems like he has the sympathetic ears of county officials.
The place was raided by the police Friday night (July 6, 2001). God, what a waste of money. There were no arrests and 3 citations for possesion of minor amounts of pot. Just harassment.
Casual contact is a handshake, hug, and I believe you can touch the girls back, legs, and arms as long as she is not giving you a nude dance. If the girl is telling you different, keep in mind that may be her personal preference to not be touched at all during the dance. The rules are a little confusing, but the staff and dancers will help as best they can to clarify.
The rules for contact are confusing. One dancer said I had to sit on my hands during the whole dance...another one said I could touch her legs/butt but not her boobs...the law is pretty vague on "sexual" contact.
Yes the new dances are very different but we are still doing the same thing we always did- seduce men. The naked dances are not as fun as they used to be, but thats the law now and until that changes we have to put up with the no touching part. Because of some of the "friendlier" guests a lot of us are relieved... lol As far as the clothed dances, I think that they are more fun! Adding more mystery to the sensual nature of the dances. Before you decide that everything to offer isn't up to par anymore, really try out a lot of the girls, some of them are so good at luring you into the moment that you may not notice that they aren't naked.... Just my thoughts .
